I made a spreadsheet of the Goggle locations and did them all. It still shows me at 36/37. Has anyone completed this? I hope Anet adds a checklist to show which ones are done so it would be easier to track progress.

Yes, the last missing one was the buggy one in Metrica which was fix in the Wintersday patch.
