This door is going to Hero’s Canton. Can’t complete Hoelbrak because the door to this POI is magically taking me to Ascalon.

I am uploading a screenshot of it asking is I want to go to the char instance.

Also having the same issue. Logged in and out just in case it was a temporary glitch, but I’m still getting it.

Its not limited per account seems the map has this issue, can confirm I have it and others in map chat checked to find the same just now

Also having this issue. Spent 20 minutes getting everything else to get to the great lodge and find this. Wasted 20 minutes because I was doing the completion because I need a Transmutation charge lol…

so… that means we can’t get gift of exploration or the map completion achieve anymore? Last thing I need to make The Dreamer and this kitten happens

I have the same issue. I cant get to Knut Whitebear Loft cause the door port me to Hero’s Canton. I cannot complete Hoelbrak.

Oh thank god I found this post. I was going crazy and wondering why in holbrak I am going to a charr instance? it seems this is a bug that is pretty recent I wonder when it will be fixed? Trying to get map completion this is bothering me haha

Came to the forums specifically to mention this bug. Definitely not the only one.

This is really annoying as this is the last PoI for 100% world completion on my Mesmer!! ARGHHH!

I am also having this issue! Drove me crazy. Thought it was because I had a story quest (as I play a Charr so porting to Hero’s Canton would make some sort of sense) but guess not!

I managed to get it! There are some kind souls there inviting to story instance and you can get it if you join their instance party.

Unable to obtain the Hoelbrak Map completion because Knut Whitebear’s lodge is taking me to the Hero Canton in Black Citadel.

Anybody heard anything on this? Super Frustrating… un-discoverable POI

Another report on the same. In case additional info is useful:
you can still reach Hero’s Canton from the Black Citadel.

I don’t know if this is normal behavior or we’re actually looking at two different copies of “Hero’s Canton”, but when you exit you’re taken back to wherever you entered from, whether you use the gate-and-arrow icon or the green star.

Adding my frustration as well, messed around for ages to try and get 100% completion.
As a player coming back to the game this kind of bug and lack of resolution worries be and stops me investing in the market or the expansion.

They are alread aware of the bug and will fix it soon. Top priority for the moment is making sure, the Beta weekend runs without problems. That would be far more devestating than a bugged POI, as this beta weekend is supposed to lure in new players.

Same problem. Spent a long time trying to figure out where the POI was. Hope the devs fix it soon.
