Guild Wars 2

Wars can use Vengence to temporarily recover from a downed state, but if they go down while in this state they go straight to a death state. This is reasonable. However, if said warrior immediately warps to a waypoint when they reached the death state he/she should lose the Vengance countdown, but that doesn’t happen. This means that if we die in Vengance from mob damage and not the countdown, then immediately respawn to get back into the fight, we die AGAIN. Costing us double for repairs.

I get this bug as well, please fix this, it’s very frustrating

O.O I thought I was the only one facing this issue.
My warrior got up and finished off the enemies around him; suffering no conditions, and HP almost full, he dropped dead. It happens plenty of time, and it is still going on.
Please fix it.
At this rate I have no idea when I can get a decent piece of armor due to the accumulated cost of repairs. Will all warrior players be compensated for the amount of silver or gold pieces wasted due to the bug?

This is a known bug and its there from day1 and still not fixed. I wonder why ANet prioritize “new content” and shiny chests for gems to fixing bugs that are ruining fun for players?

Where is the love man? wails out loud as dramatic as possible, adding theatrical expressions filled with so much sorrow and pain, with added sound effects to boost the misery of the situation, the devastation of the soul, and special lighting effects to make it look so haunting, emphasizing how it can effect the lives of many players

Right, manage to read it in my desperation to get my warrior back on his feet, after resigning to the fact that the ‘bug’ will still there.
Its not a bug.
Wish someone would explain here that it is all along not a bug.
Vengeance- The warrior gets to get back up, break a fart, then dies for good. You will see the warrior flaming. Just to let you guys know; so whenever you see the warrior in your party flaming after you rez them, they are going to go down soon enough.

What profession is that? Better to take note for party’s sake, and thanks if you can let me know.

I got hit by this bug last night in a dungeon. Its really annoying having to pay for two pieces of armor for only one death. The Vengeance state should expire on death, its that simple. If its not a bug and is working as intended could someone let us know?
