Green Wood Dowels and Bronze Plated Dowels don’t appear in Material Storage and Discovery tabs of Artificing Station, My Artificing level is 62.
Dowels aren’t an item that has a Material Storage slot. Nor are they a discoverable recipe. You can find the recipe in Refinement.
