The Chaos Staff sits way too high when stowed away on my back. Compare it to a bunch of other similar-sized staves in the picture. It is the only one that disappears off the top of my screen. And that’s with my feet disappearing off the bottom! Just imagine how for off the top of the preview it will go when they get that bug fixed!

Do you suppose you could take it down a few notches, please?

It’s the same with the Pact Quarterstaff.

Yeah, some of them are kind of like that. Some property with the item model. Not really sure why the chaos staff sits so high in particular.

IIRC correctly, the seraph staff sits higher than the golden wing staff even though they both use the same model in game. Only the colour differs between them, yet one will sit higher than the other.

The gnarled walking staff you showed in the picture also sits notoriously low on teh body, or at least it seems that way because the staff is shorter overall.

Yes, yes that one looks a bit high too! I don’t have that skin unlocked, so this screenshot is taken from the Equipment Preview Pane instead of the Wardrobe like my others. (As you can tell since you can see my feet!) Sort of like one of those big fluorescent orange whip antenna flags sometimes used on wheelchairs so you can see them coming in a parking lot.

I noticed that too, but didn’t bother showing both since they are both positioned acceptably.

You think so? It’s been one of my primaries since very early in the game, and I always felt is was just fine. (But then again, I never did like the comically oversized weapon look).

Many hammers share a similar problem where they sit ridiculously high on the back. It’s why I don’t like Genesis or Entropy, which are otherwise great-looking hammers. The Phoenix hammer has by far the best positioning I’ve found among hammer skins, and it also has the bonus of being one of the largest. I’m using the Mecha Anchor with my current gear because it sits well on the back, and may not be large, but the unique scythe-like look is quite interesting and its lighter tones fit better with my dye combination than the Phoenix does.

True. Sadly, I think they have very few people working on armor and weapon model repairs. I have posted there many times, and unless something has been extremely bugged due to an update, it is unlikely to get fixed at all. Quite a few issues have remained unaddressed since the game went live. I figured that posting here I might be able to pick up a little support and make the issue(s) seem a bit more important. (I would think this is a simple adjustment).

Their very first OUTFIT – the Ancestral Outfit – was supposed to be an example to the community who had just lost their Town Clothes. We can make Outfits fast, and without any clipping worries since you aren’t mixing different pieces together! Unfortunately, it DOES clip; the skirt shows through the sash. I entered a bug report immediately with pictures, and other players chimed in their confirmation and support. To this day, that artwork issue remains with what should have been their shining introduction to Outfits.
