Guild Wars 2

It was patched a year ago, basically your downed skills got locked until the downstate bar appeared. But a recent patch broke it, now if you are casting skill 2 on a weapon set just before going down, you can accidentally use up your downed CC before you even hit the ground.

I’ve brought this up before so well. It’d be nice if it could be fixed again.

It’s been RE broken for at least a month

It as of my opinion that this phenomenon has been more broken over since the “fix”.
