Downgrading Fractal Materials
The relic got replace by Crystalline Dust in the recipe.
To downgrade fractal materials you need, 1 Relic, 1Mystic Coin, 1 Master Salvage Kit and the item to be downgraded. Since wallets came out you aren’t able to put relics in your inventory. Unless theres some new way to do it, im unable to downgrade all my shards to get mats to infuse rings.
