It gets stuck at ~10%, no more event related mercenaries spawn, hence the Lava Wurm champion doesn’t spawn either.

There seems to be an issue where the enemies stop spawning for some time. Eventually they spawn and it completes.

was there the other day, stopped at ~60% 3 minutes later, a few more spawned, got down to 40%, waiting another 3 minutes, nothing spawned, left

Can confirm. Came to the area to do my Heart and the event bar was at around 5-10%. So I figured I’d just kill regular mobs for my Heart and then participate in the Wurm event.

Killed enough mobs to finish my daily but in those 10 minutes that I was running around not a single event mob spawned near the bloodstone barrels.
