Guild Wars 2

I received the first one called “Council Threat” telling me to go to Lion’s Arch and I did the quest there. When the next stage was available, I didn’t receive any mail. My mail box was full (it had 10/10). I did the next step any way (I went to the Living Story instance in Divinity’s Reach and saw the scene between Marjory and Logan) but once leaving the instance I didn’t receive any mail (my mail box was still full, this is when I realised it was full). Once I deleted my mail I still didn’t receive any mail. I have no idea what to do next with the living story and I am unable to repeat the first two instances to trigger the mail again.

If I read this correctly you have already spoken with Marjory and completed that part of the story at Divinity’s Reach. The mail may not have come due to it being at capacity, however don’t worry about that. You can head to Lions arch, go to speak with Kiel ( Lion Guard) near the dragon holoemitter ( Grand Piazza). That should allow you to enter the next phase of the story.

Be cautious when you go in and don’t come out until you have completed it, or you will not be able to get back in due to a bug that is preventing re-entry.
