Guild Wars 2

I noticed that sometimes this skill doesn’t recharge the virtues, as if it get interrupted somehow, but still goes on full cooldown.
Is that a bug or it is intended?And how that happen?

are you taking any actions(besides moving) before renewed focus ends?

You can’t perform any action during the focus. Since it happened already 2 times these days, and always while fighting necros, it may be some aoe skill?
