Hi. I’ve had a Dragon’s Jade Quarterstaff sitting around in my bank since over the summer when the event was live. It hasn’t been used, yet it isn’t account bound or soul bound. I want to sell it, but it is not letting me. Was just wondering if this was fixable. Thanks

adding screen shot of your issue would help, i am assuming it is because the item is still in your bank or is in an invisible bag or safe box type hold container. you can not sell item directly from your bank or a bag that hides them from merchants

I think the first jade skins, the ones you got during the event, were account bound.
I clearly remember them not being sellable.

The Dragon’s Jade weapons were account-bound when they were first released. They were changed to be sellable some time later. BUT, they can’t change the bound status of items retroactively, limitation of the game engine or something. Which means only Dragon’s Jade skins created after the change are properly sellable, any that existed beforehand remained account-bound.

You can fix the issue if you buy or otherwise acquire another staff and stack the two together. Really the only way outside of contacting support. I’ve heard some people claim support fixed the issue for them, and others say they wouldn’t, but worth a try if you don’t want to just buy a second skin or something.
