Guild Wars 2

I’ve played through all of the parts of Living World Season 2, episode 4: Dragon’s Reach, Part Two, but it does not mark the episode as completed. I’ve played through twice but it won’t complete. I go all the way through the Summit and defeat the big minion of Mordremoth that’s attacking the Pale Tree, but the episode does not mark as complete.

The sections of the story all appear with a checkmark in my story journal, and I have the achievement “Dragon’s Reach, Part Two”. But the episode does not mark as complete, and appears with the “white star” icon rather than the circular golden “achievement” icon in my story journal.

The next episode (5), Echoes of the Past, appears as “current” (green star), with the first section “Ghosts of Fort Salma” the only one visible in my story journal, but the map marker does not appear. Instead, I see the “find explorer Campbell” marker that kicks off the final part of episode 5 (Hidden Arcana).

I have played through episode 4 twice and it will not mark as completed. If I “quit” episode 5 it sends me to episode 8. Quitting episode 8 does nothing. Replaying episode 4 has no effect, I’ve already done it and I’m sick of repeating it.

I have played up through Hidden Arcana before and wanted to get DR2 to mark as complete and found myself replaying it but it still won’t mark as complete. The various chapters of episode 5 appeared on my map and I was able to play through them but they don’t appear in my story journal.

Should I just ignore it, or can I reset it somehow? I don’t want to play through without having things unlock and display properly in the story journal.
