The Dragon’s Tooth skill on scepter does not count as a blast finisher anymore. At least it doesn’t with Ring of Fire from dagger anymore. Please check the video to see an example.

Some locations it won’t register, like in the fractal hub, and certain other floors, even though the ring is there, and dragon’s tooth hits, it doesn’t activate blast finishers. But in most areas it works fine. LA was a bit iffy when I was playing around after patch.

Dragon’s Tooth likes to strike at a different higth than the ground is. If you target a mob with the skill you usually don’t have that problem, but an untargeted dragon’s tooth rarely explodes where you’d expect it to.
