Yep having same issue… you would think 3 yrs later anet would have things fixed…. here i am STOPPED AGAIN on working on another legendary cause of ANET legendary Bugs… Fix your stuff PLEASE or give us a NON BUGGY WAY to make these weapons.. oh yeah….. Actually Test them please!!!!
