for the last 3 days i havent been able to collect an item ( Phantom Restraint ) for Howler III, because the event is bug.

Scholar Dane declared on strike and im not able to persude her to move.

Please send an Asuran to Whip her a..

Working on the same collection and running into to same issue. Cannot get the event to start and therefore cannot complete the collection.
