Guild Wars 2

Well, the title is quite descriptive…

Earlier today (night), I decided I wanted to push my guild’s influence towards 20,000. So I used the little gold I had to get some more. This was fine. However, I wanted more, so I decided to sell a bit of my crafting mats, and ended up with a solid 8g.

After I went to pick up my money from the TP, I went back to Nafni. (I am still on my server, no overflow).

It seems that even though I’ve bought influence for ~8-10g, none of it has gone to the guild I was representing at the time. I have noticed a severe lag with the guild tab, and I can’t help but think this has something to do with it. (I managed to invite a player after this incident, so the only effect I see is on the influence)

Tried the same thing as well just a few minutes ago. Wanted to start the Economy IV upgrade for the guild so went a bought the 20g 10,000 influence boost from Lion’s Arch. Nothing. Representing my guild and no effect what so ever. Tried to test again in Divinity’s Reach with a smaller letter of commendation, still nothing.

Resolved for me. It took about 9 hours, but finally got it.
