Found this out by accident today

Press the left mouse button down
drag the mouse a little
right btn down
left btn up
left btn down
right btn up

You should now have a visible cursor while holding down the left button which you can drag off the gw2 game screen onto a secondary monitor. Once the mouse is over there, clicking will minimize gw2.

Yep. Noticed this as well.
Gets kinda frustrating when doing dungeons and you get minimalized in the middle of a fight.

Yeah it has happened to a lot of people. I strongly suggest you start running windowed mode with your screen resolution size, this is the only current fix.

Please fix! I thought it was the Nvidia driver doing this and suspected some keystroke combination is doing it but I read from other websites that this problem is dependent upon the game. So I came here and found this thread and sure enough I’m not the only one this happens to.

I have two monitors and run GW2 in Fullscreen mode on the primary monitor.

There’s third-party utilities that lock the mouse into the Fullscreen and I may have to do this because it is no fun at all to be in the middle of a big zerg battle and have GW2 suddenly minimize.
