Last 3 days I was successfully completed Honor Of The Waves(Dungon) Part Of Plunderers Path but I didn’t get Achievement also I tried 2 my character still ? didn’t get

try a different path, there is a bug that shows the completion ticks on the wrong paths sometimes.

I tried but doesnt work what should ? do?

did you try doing all the paths? one of them might make it count. it’s the only thing you can do right now, apart from wait for a fix I’m afraid.
