Why is it that we do an instance as a Guild Group … one time we get 100 Influence (as there are 5 of us in the group) and on other occasions even with 5 guild members we are getting 10 or 20 for Explorer Modes in various instances (I do not include Fractals).

I feel that there must be some sort of bug causing this, and as we are a small guild, we do NEED every bit of influence we can get, given the new mess of changes that has come, and the broken Missions that are using our influence and not giving the “Riddle” that is required to progress, thereby ensuring we throw away precious influence for nothing.

Please can you take a look at our Guild HANDS OF THE SIX – AURORA GLADE, where I am the Guild Leader. You will see in the History Panel that the Influence gained by the guild for Dungeons is not working properly, if it is supposed to be 100 Influence per instance. Even over the weekend, it has varied wildly. I would appreciate help as soon as possible with this.

I was told by Support to also add this request here. I updated the ticket with 8 screenshots, showing the varying Influence we are getting. However, notice that I cannot submit more than one screenshot here. Or I would show each time we got 10, 20 and 100. Each instance we run is as a 5-man-GUILD-group.

To date we have lost more than 1000 influence because of this bug, and as a small guild, already penalised because we refuse to be a disgusting faceless zerg guild, and want to remain a personal, loyal friendly place, we cannot afford to lose that type of influence. Please help.

I would like to thank the Developers for proving how completely UNINTERESTED they truly are ….. they have continued to IGNORE this issue, and thanx to this our small guild has been unable to keep up getting enough influence and Merits to open enough of the New Unfair Guild Events to continue to keep going. …

They IGNORE the issues of being able to see the Party one is in, and often for Guildies to see each other online. … Due to this we are now running a Ghost Guild where NO ONE represents anymore, because they all went to a Bigger Guild for faster loot for themselves, because the game is all about ME ME ME now, just like World of Warcraft became.

Instead of the game continuing to be about COMMUNITY … People caring about each other, it has been pushed into “be a zerg” … “Don’t be an individual” “Do NOT be a community … just be a number in a zerg, where no one cares about you”.

Why have you destroyed the game for so many caring people who just wanted their “Village” instead of the “Anonymous City” you made each guild become. The BIGGEST mistake made was to allow people the ability to be in so many guilds at the same time. This just pushed people’s natural greed over the top.

The PROOF that you do not care … has been shown by your complete and UTTER lack of response to this post, to show that you are in fact aware of the issue, and will do something about it as soon as you can …. two months down the line since the last post …. and this issue started in February when I first reported it here … as advised by the SUPPORT Team who said "we can do nothing at present, please advise the Developers. What they failed to add was “The Developers will do nothing as they don’t really care”.

I would like to support this cause. It is a great waste of work. And some response from the developers would be nice. so far in my experience There was atleast a response telling us we were doing something wrong. but this seems like you are just ignoring your customers.
