Guild Wars 2

The dungeon tokens that I had from before the update had their description updated to “account bound”, however I cannot claim them on my other characters(they are still soulbounds to the characters that had obtained them).

Are only newly obtained tokens be account bound? or will the tokens obtained before the update be fixed some day?
