Guild Wars 2

im having trouble with a few other peeps trying to get into cof. stuck at loading screen for a long time,

had to close client and relog, then getting error code 19:9:18:1614:101. client exits and logs in again and back at fireheart rise.

whats the issue? :/

Seems to be a generally loading problem. Nothing specific to dungeons or CoF.
