So I’ve submitted two support tickets for this and have gotten no response over this, so I’m going out on a limb posting here. I noticed a little while back something is not showing up in my collections when I have already had it unlocked (the item in question being the Inquest Hammer), and as you can see through the screenshot I have it unlocked in my account wardrobe, and yet it’s still greyed out in my collection. What gives?

I have the exact same issue with the exact same skin! Everything but Inquest hammer unlocked in collection, and that one is unlocked in wardrobe so getting another one won’t help.
Given how much effort it takes to complete those collections (I already have AC, CM and Arah finished) it’s really annoying and frustrating to hear about how many others have the same problem and how little attention it seems to get.
In this looong period of no new updates whatsoever, I thought it would be a priority to try and keep players from leaving in anger…

This is already on the second page, but upon looking on those two pages I see several other incidents of this happening. I don’t know what kind of bug this is but it’s getting irritating. I know HoT is their priority right now but surely there must be an algorithm that has a 0 instead of a 1 in the “if and then” protocol that shouldn’t take five minutes to correct.

It happens since more then a year. Issue is that still some players unlock these skins in pvp. If you unlock skins in pvp this collection issue MAY happen!

From time to time there are reports that after an patch anet fixed it for some or alot of players. So actually anet is working on this in the background, but noone really knows how or at which point they fix it.

By not doing any updates except vanity stuff to buy in the gemstore they’ve left us with nothing to do but complete collections. When that’s not even possible to do, there’s nothing to keep at least me in the game.
