As of the latest update, I understand that each time you run a dungeon for the first time on that day (finishing a chain), you should receive 60 tokens right?

I’ve done 2 dungeon runs since the update and both times I received only 15 tokens (and my party members received a various number of tokens, eg one had 20, another had the 60 tokens etc).

The first dungeon I did was Twilight Arbor. I finished the chain and only got 15 tokens. I already had 15 tokens in my inventory from a previous run, which was done weeks before. I wonder if the system mistakenly thought that I had done TA on that day? At any rate, the 15 that I had prior to running TA and the 15 that I received after did not stack, taking up unnecessary space. This is another bug.

The second dungeon was Citadel of Flame. I never did it previously, yet I still received only 15 tokens by the end of the run.

When this gets fixed, what are my chances of being compensated (as in I just want what’s rightfully mine, the remaining 45 TA and CoF tokens)?

I’m having the same issues.

I am also having the same issues this last couple of days did arah and got 30 and cof and got random 20-2 tokens.

Same situation here:some friends got 60 tears and 26 silvers, i got 6 tears and 2 silver and 60 copper when we completed AC explorer mode, first time today.
Anyway we can receive the right amount

I just got an email that said “there have been some reports” lies there are lots and then they keep saying we dont know how to add or tell time and that is the why we are getting screwed. I think i can tell you 20 is not 60 and if i am doing dungeons i have never done and am getting like 15 tokens for doing it they broke something and they better fix it.

I’m having the same problem. The other level 80s in our group get 60 tears, 177k xp, and 26 silver, while I’m getting 15-45 tears, 133k xp, and 20.5 silver.

Hopefully they will fix this soon.

Edit: all of us were level 80 if that makes a difference.

did all AC paths earlier with a friend. it was first time for me and i got 60-45-45. he had done one of the paths on the same day before and still got another 60.

I have heard that at the moment it all appears random… I wonder if there’s at least some consistency here. For example, are the “victims” (us who have been getting 15 tokens) the same everytime?

So those of you who have run a couple of dungeons, do you keep getting 15 tokens or have you ever received the 60 tokens at least once?

The big question is will the deficient amount be compensated back or would Anet just brukitten off as tough luck.

I do have the same issues and its not only for COF because i have done Twilight arbor aswell and i still got 15 tokens in both dungeons , right now i am trying to avoid doing any dungeons because its just useless.

Yes there is currently a bug with the Diminishing Return system that is causing certain players to immediately receive the smallest amounts possible. I’ve posted earlier asking if there was any chance we would be reimbursed for all the tokens we had lost and no luck.

I also have had this bug and just wanted to post to make sure it was noted. Just finished TA explore first time ever and my guildies got 60 my girlfriend got 15 and i got 6 tokens. Fun times :/

I received 30 from HOTW and CM after doing them for the first time in over a week then I re-did HOTW and got 15…
