Maniac Brown, Lunatic Yellow and Insanity Red seems to be listed under Common dyes, even though they are of rare quality.

I remember reading somewhere very recently that they plan to change the rarity of the gem store dyes. Right now, there are two of the Halloween dyes in the Rare set, one in Uncommon, and three in Common. Maybe they’re planning to have some gem store dyes drop (from the kits) a lot more often than others.
