Q:
Dye not working after Transmutation
I’m also experiencing the same with the white dye. After I finish with dyeing it becomes other colour. Please help
I thought I encountered a similar problem, and maybe this might help.
When you purchase a armor, be whatever it actually is, it has it’s own default dye settings, and some of those dyes you may not of acquired or unlocked (a common misconception is ebony being the same as black), if you don’t change all of the dye slots to ones you have already unlocked, the item will keep reverting back to it’s original colors, regardless of if you haven’t unlocked them already.
TL;DR – Change all the dye slots to colors you have unlocked.
I tried all part of my armor works with white except one part. Any colour will work on that part but just not white
@ThirtyOne
Does that only apply to purchased armor? The Anonymity Hood my thief started with defaulted to one part with Midnight Fuchsia, and while I changed the other dye areas I left that one unchanged (because I didn’t have that color and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to change it back), and I didn’t have any issues with dye on it. But again, that was a starter piece not a purchased one, so maybe it’s different.
There is absolutely no evidence to support that it would.” -AnthonyOrdon
