Guild Wars 2

So I just spent 10$ on dyes and was pretty happy with the dyes i got. looked really cool. Well I used the dyes on a character i hardly play just happen to be playing them when i got to idea to buy gems/dyes from the store. Switched to my main character to see how those dyes looked on her and come to find out those dyes are only unlocked on that character not that account. I wouldnt be annoyed with this but I remember a video describing how the dye system worked, and how not only do you unlock pertinently but for the whole account. Yes i understand that its an online game and its constantly changing, but this isnt a game feature that effects combat or gameplay. It only effects their pockets which i think they deserve lots of money for such a great game, but common kind of ridiculous . Please Anet, You’ve made such a great game, please fix this back to your original Promise.
