I got an error every time I try to enter eternal battleground. It’s a network error, but I have no network issues..

“Network error. The inability to connect to Guild Wars 2 may be caused by Internet routing issues or a server network failure.

I’m having this same error trying to enter Frostgorge Sound.

Same problem trying to log-in on my Mesmer, in Lion’s Arch.

Can log-in on another character, who is in DR, absolutely fine.

Same here.. was in EBG with Rev, went to character select to change to reaper, LA started loading in and I got this one. I closed and reopened launcher 3 times, ts is working and everything, character select screen does load, but when I click on a character to play then I get the error.

Problem seems to be resolved (for my Mes, at least).

Hopefully, everyone else can log-in successfully now, too.

Had a lot of problems starting “Prologue: Rally to Maguuna”, several disconnects and relogs.
Now having same problems entering “Torn from the Sky”, similar disconnects but 2nd time I tried after relog I got an error code:

InstanceCreate failed. Error=1036; Product=9; Module=18; Line=624

Got this error just now as well. Made a new character and when I try to log in on her I get this error .__.

My entire Party in Fractals got that at the same time twice. I get a ping of 2801 in EB before the error message. sigh

Also having this issue tonight, only happens when using portals or entering personal story instances. Pretty annoying

Same error when trying to log in with my main, last map was Lion’s Arch, and another, last map was Lornar’s Pass, but could log in with a third starting in Divinity.

Got the same error 2 times some minutes ago. I was about to enter an unranked-match, when the game tried to port me into temple. Then got logged out, could enter Character selection screen, tried again with the same character and got the error again, while start loadingscreen from temple. Logged then into another character, which got me out of the pvp-queue. Don´t know if I can play now normally again. (Sry for bad english, not my main language.)

Edit: Could play one game, have now the problem on Foefire. Tried this time directly with another character to reconect. I think a character in Hotm force this error again, but a character in a pve area kick you out of the queue.

same problem here on LA, i tried to log-in several times but 8/10 times i got this message

Same here with my main. He got DC’ed during the fight against Jormag and can no longer log in. Earlier today, I couldn’t pass the Bloodtide Coast portal without getting this error too. I’ve just tried with another char in Southsun Cove and it’s working fine.

Did not work for me.

That solution doesnt work for me. I seem to get the error on maps that many people are joing at the same time. I’ve had it trying to do a giuld mission and and triple trouble (twice at different times).

Also experiencing the same issue. I haven’t logged in on any character successfully this evening. Tried multiple times. Tried flushing my DNS to no avail.

Alas that I have spent so long chatting with my brother, and may now not manage to acquire my 10 achievement points for the day. Curse you real life!

Had an error logging in for the first time tonight. Map was Sparkfly. Re-logged and I am now in for the moment

think its a known problem that is effecting EU servers but its not a wide enough problem for Anet to get a hot fix yet unless it starts to effect NA servers

Keep getting network error and then getting kicked from the game when I want to enter Fractal portal or when I need to load into a map.

Now it even kicks me out before I can load into the game so I can’t even play at all.

This sucks!

Yup, getting the same error when trying to enter Blazeridge Steppes, both by portal and by waypoint (the game does take my silver for the waypoint though…). My girlfriend was having issues logging in to a character in LA too, but could log in to characters in other maps with no issues.

I had the same problem now, as i wanted to do the Shatterer.

Entered the Portal from Lion’s Arch to Black Citadel —> No problems.
Get inside the Heroes District (Instance in Black Citadel) —> No problems.
Ported from Black Citadel to Blazeridge Steppes —> Error message and game crash.

Seems to happen if many people want to enter a particular map at the same time.

It’s not necesarily that, though it might factor in. I’ve been having this issue a lot today because I was doing map completions in cities (need those transmutation charges! xD). Sometimes I got it when entering the city instances, but also a few times when I wanted to exit. So the problem is not tied to population.

It happened to all of my party in the afternoon whilst trying to enter fractals.
Since then,I get the same error randomly during loading screens regardless of zone,
or game mode.

Same error when loading games in sPvP. GJ another well tested patch!

Can’t even get from LA to Sparkfly Fen to park at Tequatl! I have had 12 Network Error CTDs for each of my attempts so far and still can’t get there.

Seriously, not going to buy anymore gems if ANet can’t even fix this kitten. It’s been going on for the whole day now.
