For the last two days I haven’t been able to access the Trading Post/Gem Store because of that error message. Already tried logging out and back in and still comes up. Someone suggested to clear my cashe and that didn’t work either.

This seems to be an on and off issue for some. I’m not sure if a fix has been found and if there has been, no one posts back to confirm it lol.

A few bits you could also try:

Double check your antivirus/firewall settings for the gw2 ports

I’m not going on error codes, just use it for reference or the ports.

Make sure you’re running the program as administrator.

You can test this set up steps, but I don’t think it will fix the issue, but hey, never hurts to try:

1. Open your trading post (leave this open until finished)
2. Open your options panel
3. Change the language to French
4. Wait for the trading post to reload in French
5. Change the language back to English (anglais)
6. Test trading post

If you’re on a Mac, this will create a gamma issue that’s easily fixed, but if pc, carry on.

If you are on a public/university Internet connection, you may not have any control over this.

You can also try to connect over a VPN and see if it works.

I’m not sure if any of this will help, but post back if any of these suggestions did fix it or not. However, if not, you may need to open a support ticket and get personalised help.
