Hey there…I have a guildie who is EU and we wanted to run Ascent to Madness but we couldn’t get in instance together. The others of us are US players.

When he entered first, we US players couldn’t enter. We’d get error message. If we entered first we could get in but our EU player would be stranded outside receiving error.

EU and US players can’t play together.

really? it’s not a bug? That ……gives me a sad. Are you sure?

I’m afraid it has always been this way, so it is not a bug.

edit to add: EU and NA have different data centres (where account information is stored), so they cannot share instances or maps.

Thank you for answering my question, I really do appreciate it. It still makes me sad I can’t run instances with my EU guildies though.
