Was it intended for the ebon vanguard torches to not produce flame, only light? I’ve tried it on different settings too just to make sure and it never actually makes a flame.

I have some better views of it if it helps. Can see that there is the projected light around me, but no flame in the torch.

If you look closely at this torch you’ll see the glass holds a candle inside, and this candle has a little flame on it. So, there is a flame. It’s just really tiny.

Not on my screen there isn’t. I’ve looked at it from close up, and every angle I can, there’s no flame on the candle on my screen. If you’re seeing one but I’m not then it must be something on my client’s side.
