Good to know this is apparently more deserving of a response than other, more urgent issues related to todays update.

Melina’s response in no way indicates that this issue was prioritized above other bugs or issue reports. She simply offered insight into one bug, something that a forum member sought in the OP. This is a good thing.

Communication is something we all desire; it is something that forum members ask for often. Therefore, a forum member making a rude comment in response to a ArenaNet team member’s well-intentioned and informative post is absolutely counterproductive. That is a bad thing, and it can actively discourage the very forum participation we’d all like to see happen.

I am posting this publicly to cast a light on this situation and to attempt to improve communications in both directions. Let’s all do our best to show respect to one another, whether that’s another forum member or player or a dev team member.
