Guild Wars 2

Trying to complete Echoes of The Past for the achievements, and although I have completed the episode for the story, when I try and complete it for the achievements, I do not receive the boons that indicate that I am still eligible to unlock the achievements after completing the episode. This is occurring on multiple characters. In the Living Story Season 2 category under my Story Journal, it indicates that “Achievement Progress” shows 1 of 2 complete, and that I have already completed the story instance. When I have joined a group of people to complete it, they have the boons required while I do not.

Is this a bug? Is there something that I am missing here? This is hindering my progress towards completing the “Bioluminescence” achievement. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
