I feel that arcane power shouldn’t disappear when channeling the dagger 5 skill in earth attunement or the fire dash in fire attunement. It seems to register every small part of the fire trail as an attack. Is this on purpose? Or is this a bug?

Each pulse of crippling from churning earth or damage from burning speed is an attack, so the the effect applies. It’s not ideal when you want a combo like that, but the with the way the skills are designed it is working properly.

They could change the utility skill to function like the trait version of arcane power, but that could potentially be OP.
