To whom it may concern:
Filing a report that the Flamewall skill (off-hand focus) for elementalist is not functioning properly while in combat.

Outside of combat is just fine, it creates a wall of flame. While in combat at any time, using the ability only seems to trigger a rapid cooldown with no graphical effect or damage effect.

This has happened to me in more than one zone. I’ve tried different utilities/elite skill/healing skill. I’ve also tried changing equips, refunding traits and reapplying them, all to no avail.

Any help/clarification on this is greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance.
