For the elemantalist, having the quick glyphs trait does not affect the skill cooldown of glyph of elementals. The tooltip shows the reduced cooldown from 120 secs to 96 secs, but after the elemental dies (after its duration, and not killed by any other means), the cooldown to reuse the skill remains at 120 secs.

Works fine for me. They stated this was fixed on the update the other night, and I literally JUST tested it while in town. 96 CD.
