Not entirely sure if this is a bug or it’s my graphics card messing up but it’s pretty odd. Whenever Post processing is set to None (which I use quite often to get higher FPS) the lightning hammer skill causes a light box to appear around the hammer item or on a player who’s holding it when hovering the mouse over them. This doesn’t happen when Post processing is set on Medium or higher. Also not sure if this happens with the Exotic hammer Mjolnir too, haven’t come across one yet.
