While running champ train at frostgorge sound I noticed quite some time ago that this skill is not working as it should be. Acording to tooltip it should give 66% movement speed increase. However while using this skill character aint moving anyway faster than 33%. At least I dont see a differance while running with 33% buff. As proof I can only say that while in mist form character is running as fast as zerg with 33% move buff.
