[Elementalist][Trait] Inscription Bugged
it doesn’t work for [Glyph of Elemental Harmony] and [Glyph of Elemental Power]
seems to work with other glyphs

The Elementalist Trait “Inscription” does not reduce recharge of Glyphs by 20% as described in the Tooltip of the Trait.
Recharge time of equipped glyphs stays the same with or without the Inscription Trait
