I typically run 3 cantrip: Lightning Flash, Armor of Earth and Mist Form.
When I run dolyaks I change to staff and change the Mist Form for Arcane Wave.
Bug is: when Lighting Flash is on cooldown and you change the Mist Form for Arcane Wave, the Arcane Wave will be already on shared cooldown with Lightning Flash.
This happens when I plant down Static Field and try to change the utility skill to give area swiftness.
No idea how to reproduce it all the time, but here is screenshot where I got 60+ sec cooldown for the Arcane Wave ( shared with armor of earth )
