Hi
I purchased 2 elementalist gear boxes with 5 laurels via laurel vendor and when I opened both I didn’t get anything.
This happened at 14:50 UTC.
(I’m playing on America’s Darkhaven server but I’m from England.)
So what’s going to happen? did I just waste 5 days worth of laurels on a bug? will I get reimbursed or something?

Looks like it’s not only the Ranger Gear Box that is bugged after all…. Maybe Anet should apply the same to all boxes until all bug have been corrected.
I have bought Guardian gear and that seems to work alright
