The elementalist trait “Inscription” on the air line, top trait middle column doesn’t give half the glyphs the reduced cooldown it should. For the healing glyph “Glyph of elemental harmony” the cooldown should reduce from 25 —> 20 second cd with the trait, and the glyph “Glyph of Elemental Power” should reduce from 45 --> 36 second cd with the trait, but does not. All other glyphs work properly, and when you mouse over the non-working ones when selecting what utility spell to use, they show the proper cd, but once selected they revert back.
