I reported those bugs many times.
1) Signet of Restoration isn’t affected by Signet Mastery (Trait II – Earth Magic).
2) Glyph of Elementals (the elite one) isn’t affected by Inscription (Trait VIII – Air Magic).
3) Lingering Elements doesn’t allow, switching from Earth Magic into another element, to mantain the 80 Toughness points of Stone Flesh for 5 seconds.
