Guild Wars 2

I log on to my warrior today and her Signet of Rage seems to activate immediately after the cooldown.
I have changed characters and it doesn’t affect them.
My keyboard is fine.
I have uninstalled Razer synapse to see if it is the software and it isn’t
I have scanned for malware and I dont have any

I, of course cannot alter my elite skill since it will activate as soon as it is ready. I don’t use any clicking software or macros.

Have you accidentally set it to auto-cast (indicated by two arrows around it)? Ctrl + right click on the skill will turn that off if you have.
