Guild Wars 2

So i’ve been playing Heart of Thorns for some time now (haven’t finished the story yet) and i’ve completed the training for Tempest, i’ve gained the Tempest Loop and got multiple Warhorns for the specialization.

That’s where i get stuck, i CAN’T equip a warhorn as it tells me it requires the elite specialization Tempest. But i’ve completed the training, is there anything else i NEED to do to be able to become one? Or is this a BUG

I’ve searched the internet but can’t find an answer. (Maybe i’m just dumb for missing the most obvious reason, but reporting seemed necessary anyways.)

You need to select the tempest specialization as one of your three active specs in order to equip the warhorn, have you done that?

And in the bottom slot only, as well.
