Can you PLEASE fix Elixir U? It used to work great, but now roughly 50% of the time I pop Elixir U -NOTHING- happens. I don’t get quickness or any of the random utility debuffs, the Elixir still goes on cooldown as well. Can you please do something about this in the mar 26 patch? This takes a whole skill away for engineers. Or maybe its just my Engineer, Asuran, using a rifle.
