Guild Wars 2

So I got the automatic email with the 5 bonus magic find consumables. I used them and nothing happened. I had the “H” screen open and the Luck bar remained at 0. I have since salvaged a ton of fine/masterwork things to get luck boosters and those work fine.
I checked my other characters and no one else has the email, just the first character I logged in with as I would expect. I did an in game /support, any other ideas?

IIRC, these give a flat +5% to your account based MF, rather than just add a chunk to the Luck bar. If you currently have account based MF at/above 20%, then you got what you were expecting.

However my account MF did not move at all either. I had a flat 24% at the start but that was 4% from Achievements and 20% from a Magical Infusion Amulet.

The MF shown in the achievements tab is account bound MF and does not include your infusion. The 24% includes the bonus you got from the boosters.

The MF shown on the ’H’ero tab includes all MF sources.
