Guild Wars 2

Emissary Vorp keeps telling me “One more like that and I’ll have the way in”. He’s told me that 3 times now. But the tracking achievement stays stuck at 4/5, and the quest hasn’t progressed to the next stage.

I am stuck at this point for several days. “4/5” however that silly assistant keeps telling me that all components are there and please meet me in Divinity Reach. Interestingly I have 13/13 portal invasions stopped. Been all over the map. Closed all kinds of portals. Killed all kinds of minions, chiefs, captains. You name it.
My only hope is a system update.

Hi,
I read that it is possible to unstuck the achievement when you switch to another character for one of the worldevents. So I did and it updated the achievement from 3/5 to 4/5 for me. I then switched back to the main for the rest of the achievement (another worldevent obviously) and it worked out fine…

Could you try and see if it works?

EDIT: Make sure you have this communicator thingy from Vorpp with you…

Try talking to him in Divinity’s Reach. I was 4/5 for several days but had the other achievement that has 5/5 for a requirement somehow. Upon talking to him, it dinged 5/5 for portals closed.

So at least the programmer who built that piece put in a check to fix the bug his/her coworker introduced.

I was stuck at 4/5 for several invasions as well. When I finished an invasion I hadn’t previously done, it suddenly updated to 5/5.

If you’re not at 13/13 yet for the other achievement, it may be worth a try.
