Is this buged or something? I got other three maps scrap couple tries year or something ago and now i have opened 4-8 ascalon chests every day and nothing. I just get some frigging wintersday ornaments almost every chest. Did anet nerf this or just messed up loot table?

Nope, not nerfed. It’s just random. I just did the Enchanted Map on an alternate account recently.

You can check the Wiki for the particular chests you need to open for Scrap 2/4, if you so desire.
