There seems to be a bug where the UI splash for Rank up doesn’t spawn an OK box when you are Encumbered.

Workaround: Deposit All then use a waypoint.

Nobody at Anet loves WvW like Grouch loved PvP. That’s what we need, a WvW Grouch, but taller.
