Referring to the Victory or death rewards of choice of WvW blueprints and 5 exotic loot bags that drop horrible loot.
Has there been any official announcement of this? Are the 5 Exotic bags designed to give blue loot from lvl 19 to 66?
I cant find any statement from Arenanet of this issue. It really is quite the sad ending to my personal story.
